Magic that fires from the eyes is a skill that appears in Eldenrim 2.0.5. I converted it to ADXP 1.6.0.2 MCO_Weaponart and filmed it. This will be another example of the use of mco_weaponart. And the red flash that appears when an enemy attacks a character is Pelagius Attack in Valgrind mode. I hope this will be of great help to you. :D
