Introducing "Flames of Coldharbour," a spell pack mod straight from the planes of Oblivion itself. Created by Norive, this mod adds 16 new destruction spells to your game, dealing frost damage and scaling off frost perks. Craft these powerful spells at the Atronach Forge or find them as rare drops from skeletal enemies.

But what makes Flames of Coldharbour truly unique is its cold fire damage over time effect. Each spell causes enemies nearby to suffer from this chilling burn. Let's take a quick look at the spells this mod offers:

At the novice tier, we have "Cold Flames," dealing 8 frost damage per second. As we move up to the apprentice tier, "Fireball" deals 20 frost damage, "Cold Burn Touch" inflicts 30 frost damage in melee range, and "Cold Fire Rune" creates an explosive rune dealing 40 frost damage.

In the adept tier, "Cold Fireball" covers a large area with 40 frost damage, "Flame Cloak" provides a protective cloak while damaging nearby enemies, "Greater Cold Flames" deals 20 frost damage per second, and "Cold Flame Touch" delivers a staggering 60 frost damage to enemies in melee range.

For the expert tier, "Cold Combustion" inflicts 60 frost damage, "Wall of Cold Flames" creates a damaging wall, "Cold Fire Grasp" delivers 90 frost damage in melee range, and "Greater Cold Fire Rune" explodes with 80 frost damage when enemies approach.

At the master tier, prepare for devastation with "Cold Devastation" dealing 80 frost damage in a large area, "Cold Flame Tempest" wreaking havoc with 40 frost damage per second, "Cold Firestorm" unleashing up to 100 frost damage in a massive area, and "Cold Scorch" striking enemies with a staggering 120 frost damage in melee range.

It's worth noting that these cold fire spells do not damage stamina, and they also slow enemies by 50%. While Flames of Coldharbour was designed to complement the mods Mysticism and Adamant, they are not required for its use.
